JAYGANESH roller kilns and dryers are designed to produce a wide variety of tiles including Slab Tiles, Floor Tiles, Wall Tiles, and all types of Glazed Vitrified Tiles (GVT) and Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles (PGVT).
Our kilns are equipped with specialized recovery ducts that capture the clean hot air from the tile cooling zone. This hot air is then piped directly into the multi-layer dryers or routed through a heat exchanger to pre-heat combustion air, minimizing the need for auxiliary fuel in drying.
The "0 Fuel" version of the Five Layer Dryer is engineered to run entirely on recovered thermal energy from the kiln cooling zones. Under normal operating conditions, it requires zero external gas or fuel, resulting in significant cost savings.

Yes. In the latest JAYGANESH digital kiln, when a product changeover occurs, the management system automatically readjusts the air/gas ratio and flow rates for each set of burners based on pre-saved recipe parameters.
